With a degree in psychology from Ball State University, Keith Wander earned his master of information resource management from Central Michigan University and a certificate in Information Operations from the Navy Post-Graduate school in Monterey California.

A naval aviator, he is a Captain in the Navy Reserve. He has received the Meritorious Service Medal, the Navy Commendation Medal and Navy Achievement Medal. He has served as commanding officer of three reserve units. He mobilized in support of “Operation Iraqi Freedom” where he served with the staff of Commander Fleet Air Forces, Mediterranean. A computer consultant, he lives in Morgan Hill, California.
